I am passionate about helping people to grow and to live their lives with gusto and meaning! My own path has brought me to coaching after two decades as a counselor and a teacher. Some of the people I have worked with have included: adults in career transition, at-risk teenagers, employees of Fortune 500 companies, and individuals recovering from substance abuse.

My educational background is in psychology as well as coaching. I have an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and a Certificate in Personal and Professional Coaching from Cambridge College. To describe myself, I would say that I am a down-to-earth, relaxed, playful soul who loves outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with friends, and generally being a full participant in life!
